ST20NG is a private training studio, not a traditional gym. Only one client trains at a time, and each visit is scheduled so the session stays fully focused on you.
There is no waiting for equipment and no activity happening around your workout. This allows training to remain effective and time-efficient for building strength and muscle.
The environment is calm and structured so you can concentrate and train without interruption.

The studio was created for adults who want guidance and consistency but struggle in public gym environments. Sessions are supervised and structured so clients always know what to do and can train safely and productively.
