ST20NG™ is a private, coached strength training program designed to improve strength and create visible physical change.
This is not a gym membership and not a workout class.
You train one-on-one with a coach at scheduled appointment times. Every session is supervised and your performance is recorded so each visit builds on the previous one.
You never need to design workouts, count repetitions, or guess what to do. Your only job is to show up and perform the session.
Most members train two times per week.
Most people do not struggle because they lack motivation.
They struggle because their training never progresses.
In a typical gym environment workouts vary, resistance is rarely tracked, and exercises often stop before the muscles are fully challenged. Without progression, the body has no reason to change.
At ST20NG™, performance is recorded every visit and each session advances from the last.
You are not repeating workouts.
You are improving them.
As resistance increases gradually and safely, the body responds:
• strength increases
• muscles develop
• posture improves
• physical changes become noticeable
Two properly performed sessions per week is enough to produce consistent results.
ST20NG™ training is based on a specific strength progression system rather than random workouts.
Each exercise is performed using a controlled level of effort designed to fully challenge the muscles while remaining safe and repeatable. Instead of many sets or long sessions, the training focuses on performing a small number of movements correctly and progressing them over time.
The name ST20NG comes from the training structure itself — a measured amount of work performed at the right intensity to stimulate adaptation without unnecessary volume.
Because the method controls effort, progression, and recovery, sessions remain efficient while still producing measurable improvement.
This is why training does not need to be long to be effective.
The results come from how the exercise is performed, not how long you are in the gym.
First few weeks
• movements feel easier
• coordination improves
4–8 weeks
• strength noticeably increases
• muscles feel firmer
• daily activities feel easier
8–12 weeks
• visible muscle tone develops
• body measurements begin to change
• clothing fits differently
Progress is measured and tracked each session so improvement is objective and consistent.
You are not just exercising — you are progressing.
Strength training builds muscle and improves performance.
Body fat change is influenced primarily by eating habits.
For members who want fat loss or physique change, guidance and accountability can be included alongside training to support the program.
The goal is not restrictive dieting, but consistent habits that allow strength to improve while body composition gradually changes.
Every new member begins with a private introductory consultation.
During this visit we:
• discuss goals
• review training history
• explain how the program works
• answer your questions
• determine the appropriate training plan
There is no workout and no pressure to join.
Training is by scheduled appointment only.
